Marvel vs. Capcom 3 wants to take 2 Million for a ride

Since its release on February 15 2011, Capcom has shipped 2 million copies of Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds, Gamasutra reports. The long-awaited sequel has had solid sales since debuting on the Xbox 360 and the Playstation 3. Capcom attributes the success to the fighting game resurgence of last year.

The dream team cross-over fighting game has also released downloadable content such as new costumes for characters and new fighters, in the form of Shuma Gorath and Jill Valentine. Capcom also plans to release more DLC to strengthen the game's life, interest and sales.

As our review already attests, the game is awesome. Pick it up! And if you already have it, continue to enjoy it!
